The details in this wedding take DIY to another level. Jillian & Tyson's big day was filled with so many sweet sentiments and we loved highlighting in their wedding video. We love the anticipation and playfulness in their first look and were thrilled to capture it on film. Such a wonderful memory for the couple to treasure and laugh for years to come. For the first look, Jillian wore the gorgeous traditional red gown and her father wore a traditional jacket. She accessorized with a beautiful gold necklace with her name; a gift she received from China as a child. Not to be outdone, her groom spiced up his attire with fun striped socks as he got ready in the pub downstairs (what groom wouldn't love that)!
Tyson also lent his hand for some DIY details, making all of the custom wood coasters and brewing their custom beer with his bride. Just looking at their food makes your mouth water - how cute is the idea of mini-pies instead of cake! The little hearts cutouts on each pie made them picture perfect. It's hard to believe the wedding was at the bride's beautiful home by Mummy Mountain and the reception took place in their backyard. Guests were instantly wowed when they saw 1,001 paper cranes creating a "tent-less" tent over the dance floor. Each paper crane carefully handmade by the bride, was completed with a crystal hanging on the end. The twinkling lights surrounding the reception made the scene truly spectacular, all in the shade of mummy mountain. All of the family members went home with yellow and gray quilts to match the wedding colors, made by the sister of the bride.
