We couldn't let this wedding film slip by without giving some of the actual details of Kathy & Dan's big day. Both newlyweds grew up in snow country and love wintertime so it was a no-brainer to use it as a theme. Their snowy winter wedding invitations kicked off the theme and guests were instantly swept into their winter wonderland upon arrival. With red roses paired with Christmas sprays, red and silver berries, and pine cones in their bouquets, the bride outdid herself when planning and creating their floral arrangements. Their wedding was at the lovely Aunt Chilada's Squaw Peak.
We first saw the stunning bride in a long black satin gown in her daring role in their engagement film :), but she pulled out all the stops for her wedding day in all white. Naturally, to reflect her personality, it was not without a little pop of fun and color. Check out her awesome "bling" red shoes! The shoes are absolute show stoppers. Her dress was a full length, flowing a-line design with a long train. The intricate silver beadwork on her bodice and hips reminded her of snowflakes and truly was.
Not to be outdone, her groom came prepared to add a touch of his personality to his dapper suit as well. What guy wouldn't like to rock those converse on his wedding day! We love his 007 cufflinks and vintage style polka dot suspenders. It's so fun to see our couples personalities shine throughout their wedding, especially in the accessories for their big day. Kathy's bridesmaids wore full-length sweetheart satin gowns, each wearing custom red Swarovski crystal necklaces the bride made for her four leading ladies.
We love their dramatic first look and you could see the anticipation on Dan's face as his bride-to-be delicately descended down the stairs towards him. If you'd like to check out their entire wedding gallery by Foskett Creative, click here. Enjoy the film and poster below!
